Your first grounded answer

Move from a document to an answer in four steps. No SDK or additional framework required.

1. Open your workspace

Sign in to the dashboard. If you create an account, sign in separately after registration; account creation does not issue a session.

Your workspace shows the documents and jobs you own, together with the sources your current access permits you to read.

2. Add a source

Open Documents and upload a supported file, or add text or Markdown. Use a short, clear source for your first question.

Example source
# Support hours
Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UTC.

3. Check the jobs

Open Jobs to follow parsing and indexing. PDF parsing produces text before indexing begins. A queued or processing receipt is not a published source.

If work fails, inspect the reported status and permitted recovery action. Do not repeatedly upload the same content to guess whether a job succeeded.

4. Ask and inspect

Open Conversations and ask “When is the support team available?” Then open the source references to compare the answer with your document.

Try Search when you want passages directly rather than a generated answer. Each new question is a separate saved record.
